Gay Gordons - Ceilidh Dance Instructions
- Guys - standing behind your partner, put your right hand in your partners right hand, over her shoulder
- Join your left hands in front of the ladys body
- Moving around the room in an anti clickwise direction, take 4 steps forward leading with the right foot
- After 4 steps - still moving anti clock wise, both pivot around 180 degrees and take 4 steps backwards.
- Repeat in the opposite direction
- Unclasp left hands and (Man) raise your right hand to allow lady to spin round 4 times underneath
- Join your hands in a ballroom like hold and polka dance around the hall.
